Online registration commenced on 26 May 2017.

Registrations close on 25 September 2017 or when all the places are sold out, whichever comes first.

We offer you a diverse selection of payment options.
Register now using any of the following payment methods:

• PayPal
• Credit Card/Debit Card
• Internet Banking (FPX) through SenangPay

When your registration is completed, a confirmation slip will be sent to the email address you provided during the registration process.

You may also check your My Account page on the website, where you will see details of your registration, along with the date and status.

You may not have received the confirmation slip for one of the following reasons:

• You provided an erroneous email address when registering.
• The confirmation email might have been treated as spam and diverted to your junk box.

If the above does not solve the problem, please email us at providing the following details:

• Name
• NRIC/ Passport Number

We will reply in three to five working days.

Alternatively, you can call, sms or WhatsApp us at +6013 305 2000, between 9.00am and 6.00pm on weekdays.

You cannot switch to another category after completing your registration.
You cannot change your event jersey size after completing your registration. Please refer to the size chart at the point of registration when stating your preference.
No. Registration for OCBC Cycle KL is non-transferable for safety reasons and ease of identification and contact purposes if an emergency arises.


Yes. Bicycle rental services are not available at the event venue. Do note also that you will have to arrange your own transportation to the event.

Yes. You can view your timings result at 3 – 5 days after the event.

Yes. Participants will be diverted if they do not reach certain sections of the route by the stipulated timings.

Further details regarding the cut-off time and the route diversion plan will be shared closer to the Event date.

No, bag deposit services will not be provided. The Event Organiser and Event Owner will not be liable for any loss of or damage to your possessions.
